Shipping, returns & payment

Shipping

We ship across Canada with tracking. Orders are packed and sent within 3–5 business days, and you will get a tracking number by email. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Local pickup is also available. Choose it at checkout or email orders@mafashion.org and we will arrange a time.

Returns & exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Email support@mafashion.org with your order number to start a return.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item.

Payment & security

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Prices are in Canadian dollars. We never see or store your card number.

Privacy

We only use your name, email, phone and address to process and deliver your order and to answer your messages. We do not sell or share your information. To have your details removed, email info@mafashion.org.
